MBA Human Resource Management
 
  Introduction:-
          The Course introduces the essential elements of human resource management, its origins and applications. Human resource management is viewed as an all-embracing term describing a number of distinctive approaches to people management. Human resource management has not 'come out of nowhere'. Human resource management has absorbed ideas and techniques from a number of areas. In effect, it is a synthesis of themes and concepts drawn from over a century of management theory and social science research.

Course Structure:-
         The complete MBA Human Resource Management shall be granted to a candidate who has completed, to the standard required by the examiners, six core units, three elective units, and a dissertation on a topic approved by the Course Director. The other accredited elements of the programme are: the Certificate stage requiring successful completion of three units combining 2 core and 1 elective units; and the Post Graduate Diploma stage which requires the successful completion of nine units of study, 6 core and 3 elective units.

          • The MBA dissertation is carried out by all students independently during their final year of the MBA programme and is an essential part of the course. This is where students demonstrate their mastery of theories and concepts.
          • MBA dissertation provides training in the definition, solution and analysis of research problems. Successful students will be able to: Devise appropriate methods for addressing key questions or testing hypotheses in this area including data collection, the construction and testing of models. Use appropriate statistical/econometric techniques to analyse the results of their investigations. Present their research results in the form of a comprehensive paper.
Entry Requirements:- Graduation.

Course Duration:-
18 Months (Full Time).

Intakes:- February / June / September.
